PBS has a show called Super Why that Andy has been watching for a while now. He first began watching at grandma's house when he would stay the day over there and now asks to watch it almost everyday. The preface of the show is about reading, finding letters, spelling and substituting words to change the story. Andy stands that close to the television so he can join in on the fun.
When the main characters all become super hero's, Andy grabs his apron, turns it into his cape and joins in on being a super hero too. He will tell me what letters he sees and sings along with the alphabet song, but it will be a bit before we start recognizing words.
