Mmm, who is this person laying on my floor?
It wouldn't be the celebration of the national birthday without the requisite rain. Our bible study fellowship group gathered for a little BBQ to enjoy the day and spend some time together. Luckily, Matt had all the meat grilled before the rain started, but it was still a bummer. We just moved the party from the backyard to the garage and chowed down.
The kids had a lot of fun playing together and sucking down the juice boxes. They played inside together without too many issues, but it's a little loud with 16 kids under the age of 6. The parents for the most part spent time outside enjoying a little peace between one parent going into the trenches.
It's a blessing to have a great group of friends whom we can get together with enjoying one another and spending time in the Word.
